Emergency Closing Information
KYW - #2001
A Notice will be
called in to KYW. Our broadcast number is 2001.
CBS3 will scroll the name of the program on the bottom of the screen
on "Eyewitness News" at 11 PM if we have the information early
enough.
A message will be placed on the voice mail at 856-783-0550 number.
If your child's school
is closed due to inclement weather, the Religious Education Program
will also be closed. If there is early dismissal in your
child's school, the Religious Education Program will also be closed.
The purpose of St. Andrew the
Apostle's Religious Education Program is to help its members
strengthen their relationship with Jesus through a variety of faith
sharing and educational programs.
Religious Education Program
The parish
offers programs throughout the year for young people who do not
receive religious instruction as part of their curriculum:

Participation in the life of the parish

Service to the community
Grades PreK through 8
meet weekly from September to May.
Monday:
4:15-5:30 PM or 6:00-7:15 PM
Tuesday: 4:15-5:30 PM or 6:00-7:15 PM
Wednesday:
4:15-5:30 PM or 6:00-7:15 PM
Thursday: 4:15-5:30 PM
All programs are led by teams of parishioners and/or catechists.
If you are interested in volunteering in our program, please call
the office.
WCC (Whole Community Catechesis)
Family catechesis bi-weekly on Sunday mornings 9:30-11:15 AM.
RCIA for Children
Is a program for children who
are older than seven years of age and who have not been baptized or
not participated in Religious Education and desire to receive the
Sacrament of Holy Eucharist.
Duine Le Dia
Spiritual Formation for children with special needs.
Family Catechesis
Parents and children participate together through scripture study,
presentations, discussion and activities. At least one parent
or guardian must accompany the child or children. This program
is offered to grades one thru six.
Junior High
Youth Ministry
Continuing as disciples of Jesus Christ through service and
catechesis.
Liturgy of the Word for Children
All children pre-school through
grade 2 celebrate the Liturgy of the Word at an age appropriate
level during the Sunday Masses.
Vacation Bible School
Is a one week program held
during the summer for children ages 4-10. During this time, we
share the Gospel stories through skits, music, crafts and other
activities.
Ministry of
Catechesis
Respond to the call of Jesus and share your faith with
others.
