MUSIC MINISTRY
The programs of St. Andrew's Music Ministry strive to enhance the liturgical experience of the parish community by
leading the people in sung prayer.
Cantors The Cantor Program is for musically trained adults and teens who are
willing to rehearse on a regular basis with the Coordinator of Music
and to lead the singing at liturgical celebrations. Cantors
sing as many Masses per month as they wish to be scheduled for.
Instrumentalists Any teens or adults who have had instrumental training are welcome
to share their gifts at both weekly worship and special
celebrations. Instrumental practice is scheduled according to
availability.
Adult Choir The Adult Choir is a community of men and women who enjoy singing
and praising God together. Weekly rehearsals are held on
Mondays from 7:30-9:00 PM. The choir sings approximately three
Masses per month.
Children's Choir The Children's Choir offers children ages 6 to 12 the
opportunity to
focus their enthusiasm and praise God through song. Weekly
rehearsals are held on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM. The choir
sings one to two Masses per month.
Contemporary Ensemble
The Contemporary Ensemble is a group of musicians who play
instruments (guitar, bass, piano, etc.) and sing in a contemporary
style.

Teen Choir The Teen Choir is a group of musicians ages 12-18 who gather to sing
God's praises. Rehearsals are held on Sundays before the 6 PM
